Does Moviik offer a free trial?
We believe in the power of the journey. We offer a 15 days Free Plan so you can experience our cloud-based platform, digital tickets, and signage player in your actual environment before committing to a paid tier.

Do you offer discounts for multi-branch rollouts?
Our Business and Enterprise tiers are designed to scale. For massive deployments (100+ branches) in the retail or banking sectors, please contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your volume.

Does Moviik work with my existing hardware?
Yes. Moviik is hardware-agnostic. Our platform runs on any ticket dispenser or any device with a modern web browser, such as tablets for example, if you don't require the paper ticket option. We also provide our hardware, the Tiik Kiosk, specifically engineered for high-volume ticket dispensing and 24/7 durability.

Can I buy Moviik through a local IT integrator?
Absolutely. Our global network of Certified Partners provides on-site installation, local maintenance for kiosks, and personalized support. Partners often provide integrated bundles that include hardware and software at a competitive rate compared to our direct MSRP. Contact us for more information regarding our Certified Partners in your region.

What happens if I exceed the 30,000 tickets/month limit on the Business plan?
The 30,000 ticket limit is designed to cover 99% of multi-branch retail and banking needs. If your volume consistently grows beyond this, we will work with you to transition to our Enterprise tier, which offers unlimited tickets and dedicated infrastructure to handle your scale.

Can Moviik integrate with my existing POS or CRM?
Yes. The Business and Enterprise plans include full API access. This allows your IT team (or a Moviik Partner) to sync queue data with your CRM, POS, or employee management software for a truly integrated "Human Journey."

What if I need more than email support on the Standard plan?
We offer Moviik Priority Care as an add-on for our Starter and Business plans. For a small monthly fee, you can unlock phone support and faster response times, ensuring you always have a Moviik expert ready to help when you need it most. Talk to our Sales team for more information.
