It was with the help of Moviik's queue management platform that Sporting Clube de Braga decided to provide its fans with a comfortable purchasing experience.

With the anticipation of the "rush" for tickets for the Champions League matches, the need arose to ensure that purchasing them was uncomplicated and smooth.
The service management platform was therefore designed in the club's branding, offering two solutions: SMS and Paper Ticket.
The first one, the paper ticket, is the most conventional and universal way for customers to queue.
But for those who want to save time, SMS Ticket is the best choice. To use this solution, the customer has to type their phone number on the screen of the queueing kiosk.
The visitor is notified when their turn to be served is approaching, so they can manage their time to carry out other activities within that period.
This solution can be found at the official SC Braga store in the Braga Parque shopping center.
