Fully Virtual Queues in Specialized Retail
The current situation regarding Covid-19 has meant that creating a safe and secure environment for all Eurocell customers and teams is essential.
With this in mind, Eurocell took the action of introducing Moviik’s virtual queuing system into six branches, as a trial in August 2020.
Since the trial was introduced, both the branch teams and Eurocell customers have been hugely supportive and quick to understand its benefits, helping to make a success of the system and its roll-out for the 200+ Eurocell branches.
The virtual queuing system:
- It’s Safe! Visitors to any of the Eurocell branches are placed in a virtual queue, keeping the safe distance.
- It’s Comfortable! Visitors are safe from having to wait in line outside in the colder winter months.
- It’s Easy! By simply scanning the QR code or texting a number provided at a branch, a mobile ticket will be issued, and your place will be reserved.
